• Gender, date of birth, position, wilaya
• Practice address (optional)
• Social media (optional)
• Authentication data via Google, Microsoft, Facebook or Twitter
• Accommodation and ticketing needs

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is used to:

• Manage your registrations for seminars and European DUs
• Contact you for the follow-up of your file
• Organize accommodation and ticketing
• Improve our services and our platform
• Send you information about our seminars

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent (voluntary registration) and the performance of the seminar contract.

These processing operations are subject to Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, in force since 10 August 2023, as well as to the formalities provided for with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

5. Retention period

Your data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (5 years maximum after the end of the seminar).

6. Data sharing

Your data is only shared with:

• Università di Genova (academic partner) for the issuance of diplomas
• Our accommodation and transport providers (if requested)
• Authentication services (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Twitter) if you use them

We never sell your data to third parties.

Where data is shared with partners located outside Algeria (in particular the Università degli Studi di Genova, Italy), such transfers are carried out only under the conditions laid down by Law No. 18-07, to recipients ensuring an adequate level of protection and, where required by law, after authorization from the ANPDP.
